What we collect
There is one form on this site, the free credit analysis request. It asks for:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your current credit score range
- an optional note, if you choose to write one
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bank account number or any document on this website. If you are ever asked for those through a form on this site, it is not us.
Our web host also records standard server information with every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. That is ordinary web server logging and is not linked to your enquiry unless you submit the form.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request and discuss whether we can help. Your phone number is used to call or text you back about your enquiry. Your email is used to reply.
Who sees it
Your submission is sent to our team by email and stored on our server so we can follow up. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not trade or rent contact lists.
The only third parties involved are the ordinary services that make the site work: our web host, which stores the site and the submission, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on these pages.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type in the form is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
